Article I: The Order of The Golden Dawn
Section I
1.1) The Order of The Golden Dawn shall exist as a multi colored alliance.
1.2) Members applying to TOTGD must meet the requirements set out in the Application outline.
1.3) Applicants that meet membership requirements are granted full protection by TOTGD until their application is accepted or denied.
1.3.1) If their application is accepted the applicant will be considered a member of TOTGD, receiving the the full protection of TOTGD.
1.4) Members who violate alliance policy and rules or otherwise commit conduct unbecoming a member of TOTGD may be subject to reprimand or expulsion.
1.4.1) Expulsion of a member may be approved by consent of both of the Ipsissimus and Magus. Should one or both members of the high government not be active within 48 hours after the beginning of an expulsion proceeding, a simple majority of the Ministry may serve as approval of the measure.
1.4.2) The Ministry may motion to expel a member or government official. Such motions shall follow procedures in accordance to Article II, Section IV, but shall require a minimum 48 hour discussion period before a vote may be initiated.
Article II: Alliance Structure
Section I: Membership Composition
In order of highest to lowest ranked:
1.1) Ipsissimus
1.2) Magus
1.3)Minister of Defense
1.4) Minister of Foreign Affairs
1.5) Minister of Internal Affairs
1.6) Minister of Economics
1.7) Member of The Order
Section II: Ipsissimus and Magus
2.1) The Ipsissimus is the highest level of authority within TOTGD.
2.2) The Ipsissimus is in charge of overseeing all official business of DP and that all matters are handled promptly.
2.3) If the Ipsissimus and Magus are unable to perform his duties for more than 24 hours, the Magus becomes the acting Ipsissimus until the Ipsissimus can return.
2.4) The Ipsissimus will stay in office until they decide to resign.
2.5) Once the new Ipsissimus is in office, the deadline to pick another Magus is 3 months. Once a new Magus is chosen they will stay in that position until the current Ipsissimus resigns then the Magus will take the Ipsissimus position.
Section III: Ministry of The Order of The Golden Dawn
3.1) Minister of Defense
3.1.1) Is in charge of The The Order of The Golden Dawn defense and offense and does all necessary work to ensure that the military of The Order of The Golden Dawn runs properly and smoothly
3.1.2) Ensures that the TOTGD military sign in is up to date.
3.1.3) If you are in need of assistance on to perform a military action you should contact this Minister immediately.
3.2) Minister of Foreign Affairs
3.2.1) Is in charge of managing and organizing TOTGD's embassies
3.2.2) Is in charge of managing and organizing TOTGD's diplomatic corp that goes to other alliances to spread influence and build relations
3.3) Minister of Internal Affairs
3.3.1) Shall assist the Chancellors, Directors, and other members in compiling useful, public intelligence information (e.g. TOTGD growth statistics, etc.) and make the information available to the pertinent parties. Shall keep records of every one that joins the alliance.
3.4) Minister of Economics
3.4.1) Is in charge of TOTGD tech deals and TOTGD trades
3.4.2) Shall dutiful assist members in organizing trade circles within and allies
3.4.3) Is in charge of reviewing aid requests and granting or dismissing them
3.Cool Regular Members and directors assistants
3.8.1) Members shall abide by the rules and participate in the elections.
3.8.2) Members will be expelled from the alliance if they do not follow the rules set forth.
3.8.3) Ministers can also pick some members to do some work for them in return for the director putting in a good word for them. Ministers assistants or deputies will do tasks for the minsters based on the ministers job.
Section VII: Elections
7.1) Elections for government positions will be held every 2 months.
7.2) The Ipsissimus position is not to be debated. After the first 3 months of the new Ipsissimus term of office they will pick one of the ministers to take on the role as Magus
7.3) Election procedure shall follow guidelines as set out in the Gov. Election Handbook.
Article III: Military
Section I: War
1.1) All nations agree to keep a standing army and warchest as set by the Ipsissimus and MoD under the Operational Readiness Policy. Which basically means that you must have a steady army and military at all times.
1.2) All Declarations of War require Ipsissimus and Magus approval along with a simple majority of the Ministers.
1.3) All Declarations of War require Ipsissimus and Magus approval and a sixty-five percent vote of the House of Diplomats.
Section II: Individual Combat
2.1) All tech raids must be permitted first by the MoD
2.2) All other individual combat operations must be approved by the Ipsissimus and Magus or the Minister of Defense or his staff.
